Village Effect Foundation & Baddies Doing Good Present “Ride or Die Bike Drive”

On May 9th, Village Effect Foundation put on their 1st Annual “Ride or Die” Bike drive. The Atlanta based non-profit organization were successful in donating over 30 bikes to deserving children in the Metro-Atlanta Area at a local YMCA and The Boys and Girls Club. The bikes were donated to gear kids up for the summer and get them excited about being active so that we can help tackle childhood obesity.

SunN.Y. & Sucka Free Athletics present “The Giveback” Shoedrive & Documentary












This school year SunN.Y. and SuckaFree Athletics donated their time and efforts to the kids of North Metro GNETS, located in the AUC area in Atlanta, through their Health in Hip Hop Campaign.  Every first and last Wednesdays of each month they provided a PE class at North Metro GNETS at a school which due to budget cutbacks did not have a physical education program at all.

This past week activist, rapper, entrepreneur, Killer Mike appeared on HBO’s Bill Maher talk show and proceeded to provide truth to power of the origins of the Hip Hop culture as well as the truth behind violence in America.. All in less than 5 minutes.  This is why the people say #KillerMikeForPresident!
